999, telling the dispatcher her 17-month-old baby boy wasn't breathing

and he was blue.

The dispatcher walked her through CPR and resuscitation measures, whilst an ambulance rushed

to the Haringay North London address.

Minutes later, paramedics arrived at what could only be described as a house of horrors.

What would unfold next would be one of Britain's most horrific child abuse cases.

Most shocking of all, the council responsible for the safety of BabyP already had blood on

their hands from a similar shocking case.
