because this beautiful child with an infectious smile he deserves to be remembered,

as they all do. And the person entrusted to look after him and his amazing sister,

she took advantage of this. She couldn't do it, and instead of putting her hand up and relinquishing

care, she chose to abuse these sweet babies. And because she was family, CPS didn't care anymore.
