on the path to becoming more healthy with nutrition and fitness, but is still struggling with

overcoming an addiction, i.e. nicotine, alcohol, drugs, et cetera, and using a medication to get

off the addictive substance isn't an option.

What would be my advice? Well, first off, I'm not specifically qualified to talk on a general

thing that is so traumatic and really all encompassing for someone's life like addiction.

Obviously, there's so many components

to addiction. However, what I am aware of that people need, regardless of their addiction,

regardless of what they're coming off, you need support. You need a community. And if you don't have

those people around you that are supporting you that are there for you

during those low periods during those periods of potential relapse from my personal experience

if you don't have that community you are more likely to fall off and to have those issues

repeat or recur however you want to discuss it so I would recommend that you

get involved here with the swelormous community I mean if you have a local gym

fitness center that has a tight-knit community I mean some small towns really have a

a strong community around fitness.
