Summary
In this gentle Be Still and Be Loved meditation, Heather Johnson invites you to slow your pace and linger in the presence of the Lord.
The world is wired to drive and push—to keep you moving quickly, producing more, doing more. But the Lord offers a different rhythm. An invitation to dwell. To reside. To abide.
Rooted in Psalm 62:1, this episode is a sacred pause—a space to become aware of your body, release what you're holding, and press into the quiet.
You'll be gently guided to:
-
Drop your shoulders
-
Release stiffness and tension
-
Become present to your body
-
Open your hands in surrender
-
Welcome the presence of the Lord
This is a time to get curious about silence… to settle in… to linger.
"Truly my soul finds rest in God; my salvation comes from Him." – Psalm 62:1
How to Use This Episode
-

-

And linger.
