All right, welcome to episode 105.

So I'm going to keep this episode as short as I can.

I found that you guys really liked last week's short short episode, a wake up call.

So I think I'm going to try to curve my feelings a little bit here and make it short

and sweet.

But this week, you know, I was thinking a lot about the idea of change.

I think that's a pretty universal thing, right?

We all want to change who doesn't.

We want to change something about our bodies, our personalities, our relationships, our

jobs, you know, where we live, how much money we make, the things we own and on and on.

You know, change is a great thing.

It motivates us.

It inspires us.

It makes us adopt good, healthy habits that then can improve our lives.

And sure, there's negative changes, I suppose.

But for the most part, I think great things happen when you change.

And at the end of the day, though, you know, change isn't easy.
