It's a rainy day down here in South Florida and it's chilly. My nips are hard.

As they always are, but especially

on a chilly day, it's in like the 60s. So those of you that are in subzero temperature still,

I know you're jelly, but it's a little bit chilly. It's a little bit chilly, but it's nice. It's

nice. So we're just going to jump right into today's question of the day or actually comment,

kind of, because I posted

yesterday on Instagram what's the number one thing you're struggling with and I wanted to get

a little feedback on people's number one fitness challenge or perceived challenge their

number one challenge and this comment is from let's see here I just scrolled away from Makana Lani.

And she says, not seeing results fast enough and then getting discouraged about the long road

ahead of me.

I struggled to remind myself it's going to take time and consistency.

And this is something that everyone needs to hear, including myself,

over and over again, and needs to say front and center. You are never going to get results from

anything that's valuable, that's worth achieving fast. Nothing is going to happen fast, period.

Nothing is going to happen quickly. Nothing. Nothing is going to happen quickly.

Nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing.

Not a thing is going to happen fast, ever.

Getting discouraged about the long road ahead.

Look, it's life.
