It's a fantastic one, really heavy on the body image stuff and the self-care stuff.

Really great conversation with someone I really, really like and have gotten to known over the

past couple of years through the podcasting realm, which is super cool. So before we get into that,

couple announcements at the top of the show like usual. I feel like I have so much to tell you guys,

but I'm going to try to keep this short. Number one, my book is coming out. As you know,

let it out a journey through journaling. It comes out April 5th, depending on when you're

listening to this. It is a very soon, might be very, very soon, and might be already out.

So go ahead and either pre-order that or order that. It's a great way to support the show and help with the book launch.

I put so much into this book and I'm really proud of it and I'm really excited about it.
