We found ourselves lately just in a slump or a rut or just kind of feeling kind of little stuck maybe too just in our goals maybe

two just in the seasons of life so I can relate to that and I think we all need encouragement for one another of like what that's what's that like what do you do how do you move forward? Yeah, how do you use what do you do when you're in it? So we don't talk about it a lot. A lot of people don't.
