So interesting things I want to point out from this Forbes article

The first thing is that millennials don't think workers should be expected to stay with their employer more than a year

You know just from history just juxtapose that finding with the fact that boomers

And then the greatest generation using Tom Brokaw's term for the parents of the boomers

It was not unlikely for them to literally put widgets together for 40 years same job

They never even thought about a different job. They were just happy to have the job they had
