| 0:00.0 | Hey everybody, Chris Gethyn here and welcome to another episode of The Knowledge of Mileage |
| 0:04.8 | podcast. I am here on my treadmill desk at home because we all know how important it is to |
| 0:10.8 | have low level activity as part of your day today. But don't worry, that's just not the subject |
| 0:15.8 | matter of this podcast. This podcast is something that is going to be very, very different for you today, very |
| 0:22.5 | unexpected. However, I know for a fact this is something that everybody needs to listen to very |
| 0:30.4 | carefully to the fact that you do probably need to get a notepad and pen because the other person |
| 0:36.1 | that I have on the end of the line here from Boise |
| 0:38.9 | as well is my financial advisor and there is nobody smarter than this gentleman here. |

| 1:46.3 | consuming like 30 grams of protein or 300 grams of protein. If you don't have the sufficient |
