Hey everybody, Chris Gethett here and welcome to another episode of the Knowledge and Mileage

0:05.0

podcast. So recently, I just got back from India. I was there for about two weeks and had a

0:12.4

phenomenal time there. Did a lot of appearances and seminars and a couple of those seminars that

0:18.3

we did were absolutely phenomenal.

0:26.7

They were groundbreaking because they were India's very first biohacking forums.

0:33.6

Now, my good friend and business partner, Jagg Chima, organized these forums and had myself and Ben Greenfield as speakers.

0:36.6

We had a great time on us tour. Ben and I had some phenomenal

0:40.6

workouts which absolutely destroyed me. They were soul destroying, but I loved it nonetheless.

0:46.6

And we definitely had a good time there. And within these seminars, we had some phenomenal

0:53.0

questions. There's definitely a passion for the education when it comes to biohacking.

0:59.4

There's no doubt about it.

1:00.6

I was quite surprised, in fact.

1:02.6

But the information that we were able to give out during these seminars were very well received.

1:08.7

And as you may know, Ben Greenfield is a book of knowledge. He's definitely a

1:12.9

leading leader in the industry. And the content that he retains is unsurpassed. Like this guy

1:19.2

reads a book a day, but he retains that book a day. And all the science that he has within that

1:25.6

brain and get shared is phenomenal. So much so that I think

1:30.3

everybody that listens to him actually applies it. You know, it is put into digestible form

1:36.8

to actually put into application. But anyway, this seminar was quite lengthy, so we may even

1:42.9

split this up into two episodes, we'll see. But sit back, enjoy, was quite lengthy, so we may even split this up into two episodes.

1:44.7

We'll see.

1:45.8

But sit back, enjoy, get your notepad out, and make some notes because I'm sure there are some doozies in here that you have never heard of.
