been in a bit of my funk with my mindset and I've been doing a lot of work to try to turn that around.

I noticed that I was getting stuck in some thought patterns that have really been

reinforcing a set of beliefs in my mind and as a result impacting how I experience my days and my

weeks. So just in full transparency, it's been an overall feeling of just overwhelm and stress.

I noticed that I was waking up feeling stress before my day even started. I was experiencing

feelings of overwhelm before I was even actually overwhelmed. My mind has just been really busy,

constantly running, even when I'm trying to unwind and relax. So I've been really working on this.

And I've been even working with a coach myself and I was introduced to today's guest
