Okay, so before we get into panic mode, I want you to reflect on your apology like let's take a

little honest trip down memory lane did you genuinely apologize your apology isn't just about saying, you know, I'm sorry.

It's about understanding what you did wrong, acknowledging the hurt you caused, and expressing sincere remorse.

So let's break that down.

Genuine acknowledgement is, did you specifically mention what you did wrong. Those vague apologies, you know, I'm sorry for

whatever I did, it ain't gonna cut it no more. We had a big age now, right? So you're gonna have to be
