That's what everybody's talking about. It's crazy. Now, it's something that I try to avoid in conversation when I see people

because I'm just overwhelmed with it. However, I want to address it on this podcast. I can't ignore it. I can't deny it.

And I want to go through some tips, 20 I have here actually, on what you can do during this epidemic time. Because a lot of people have been
