for me you know I was I really like the analogy to myself I kind of, oh, this is a good point. I was at the dentist and every single time I'm at the dentist, I say, oh, I'm going to do better. I'm going to brush my teeth and my teeth are going to be perfect next time you see me. And the reality is, you know, in the time I do believe that, but motivation fades. And I'm not willing to do whatever it takes which is you know brush three

times a day if I have to floss you know really learn the proper brushing technique like 100%

immerse myself and commit and said I just assume oh you know I'll get magically better but so this time

like okay you know I did a lot of research on proper brushing technique and all these silly things

you know, you have to be willing to actually say, okay, if this is what it takes, I will do it. You know, whether it's working out when you don't feel like it, because that's where a lot of people have struggle or accepting that, yeah, I'm super busy, but I'm still going to go to the gym. And maybe got to cut down on that Netflix or something like that. And just being 100% committed to that
