As you let me know on Instagram how you guys love my rants about random things, here we are again today for another episode of just pure “ranting”. This one is kind of funny because the way that it came about was during my team’s meeting when I started talking and felt very passionate about it. So, I spent a kind of ranting at my team and after I was done, one of my team members was like, “You need to record that as a podcast, you need to do another rant.” And that is how this episode came to be and I think it's true, this is something that I feel very passionate about. So, without further ado, here's another rant about why I believe “You Aren't The Problem.”
