The Hey there. This is Light the Fight podcast and this is Heidi and I am flying solo, which is rare and probably dangerous.

But I'm happy to be with you.

And I'm excited to share just a couple of different thoughts.

So we have a lot going on at Like

the Fight this particular week. In fact, tonight, David is speaking to some middle schoolers

here in the Valley. And when you're probably listening to this podcast, we'll actually be up in Portland, Oregon,

doing a don't freak out event up there, you know, coronavirus willing, I guess.

We're thinking that everything's going to be fine.

So it's just me here tonight. So I do have some things, some thoughts prepared that I wanted to

share. And I'm really excited about this information that I want to share with you tonight.

And I want to give you a little bit of background behind it before I kind of launch in here. And actually, I posted a little bit
