Hello, this is Paul McKenna, and welcome to the positivity podcast.

My objective is to interview the most interesting people in the world, and in the next 30 minutes, get insights and even discover how it is that they do what they do, what makes them unique and fascinating, their success

mindset, and certainly what keeps them positive.

My guest today is a multi-award winning author and screenwriter, having won three

BAFTAs, an Emmy, and the Edgar Allan Poe Award.

She created numerous internationally acclaimed TV shows and is best known for writing

the hit crime series Prime Suspect. Her new novel is called Vanished. I'm talking today with

Linda LaPlante. I don't have bad days. I really don't. I was born with a kind of little

happy hat on. I never have trepidation. Some people say you're slightly simple.

And then added to the naivitue is an energy,

and a grasp of such energy that I'll fight anybody.

And that's Liverpool coming out, you know.

You know, I was always falling out of doors going, hello, darling, you come in my way.

And I mean, that's what had be fallen, the Royal Shakespeare actress.

There I won't.
