an ability to connect and inspire other people, that's when I really, really wanted to, you know,

go into the fitness industry and use my energy and channel that into a positive

way. I think there's a misconception with motivation that you wake up every single day, feeling

really motivated and inspired and, you know, hungry to work out. But the truth is it's just a

discipline thing. It's a kind of, I know that my day goes better with exercise. So it's just non-negotiable for me. You never regret to workout. And,

you know, you always feel better afterwards. So if I am feeling a bit stressed, I turn to exercise,

it might be, you know, a workout in the gym. It could be just going for a nice walk around the

park or around the block. And I think, you know, getting fresh air is also really good for the mind. exercise, like focusing your sleep and exercise, is going to truly give you a chance to feel more

positive about things, to feel more optimistic. So, you know, if you are someone who is sedentary,

who really finds it very difficult to get your mind into exercise. Just know that it's not about

weight loss, it's more than that. You know, it's about, it's going to change the way you feel,
