I'm super psyched. You're going to hang out with me today for a little bit. I want to know if you've ever heard of this quote,

great minds discuss ideas, average minds discuss events, small minds discuss people.

Do you know who said that? I bet many of you do, my mom used to have

this quote on her refrigerator. It was Eleanor Roosevelt and if we really think about this, it's so true. When you're with people or when

you are yourself gossiping, just talking shit about people. That's really not like the best use of your

brain, right? It's also super easy, and this is actually scientifically proven, to bond with people over negative things, right?

The crappy weather, right, right now I'm actually in Madrid and it's 105 degrees.

And it's really hard not to just say to people wow I can't believe how

hot it is now that's not necessarily complaining saying wow I can't

believe how hot it is right complaining is I can't believe how hot it is, right?

Complaining is, I can't believe how hot it is,

and oh my God, I hate it.

Now that would be complaining, or I wish I lived in Alaska.

That would be complaining.

I actually obviously don't live in Madrid, I'm just visiting and the

truth is it's so gorgeous and the food is so amazing. I'm not complaining about anything. But it is unusually
