today I'm going to be talking about one of my favorite topics, which is gratitude.

And I wonder in your own life if you really think about it, your busy schedule, your daily

to-do list, is gratitude anywhere in there?

I find that it's so easy to feel compelled to go from appointment to appointment,

obligation to obligation, and sort of with the attitude or the feeling of like, I just have to get through it, you know?

I just have to make it till the end of the week. I just have to get through this project.

But before you know it, you're sort of just musling

through your entire life.

And where are the moments of feeling grateful

for all the things that are right?

So I think that this podcast,

I got inspired to do it because of my own busy schedule,

and I just recently had a long break

where I was in Europe working,

but then I also took about two weeks

with my husband traveling which really I've never done in my entire life that was

longer than our honeymoon which was 20 years ago, and just the gratitude that I experienced of slowing
