Hello everyone welcome back to Fitbody Happy Joins. My name is Shannon. Today is the third installment of our

0:07.4

100th episode celebration where I'm taking some of the best podcast episodes from the past, summarizing them, maybe adding

0:16.4

different twists and putting them all together into different buckets.

0:20.6

So today we're going to talk about body composition. I've talked a lot on the

0:26.4

podcast and also a little bit on social media about my own journey with body

0:30.3

re-composition over the last year. So I gained about five pounds of muscle and I also lost

1:18.1

We travel a lot and I love to go out to eat

1:21.1

I love ice cream and mararitas, and I just honestly feel like I'm in such a better

1:26.8

space around food than I was, you know, five years ago when I was really in that pattern of

1:31.8

restricting, over-exercising, under-eating, and then kind of

1:34.4

binging on the weekends.

1:36.2

I also don't over-exercise, and this is something

1:39.3

again is really important to me because I've been there

1:41.8

with doing way too much and having all this
