| 1:11.7 | filling the belly with ear, |
| 1:14.4 | and exhale through your mouth. |
| 1:22.0 | Let's do that again. |
| 1:24.5 | Inhale through your nose. |
| 1:27.6 | Exhale through your nose exhale through your mouth exhale through the mouth |
| 1:35.5 | one more time |
| 1:38.3 | in through the nose |
| 1:40.6 | out through the nose, out through the mouth. |
| 1:50.0 | That's good. |
| 1:56.0 | Maybe notice where your body is making contact with the chair or the floor. |
| 2:06.2 | Just notice where you feel the pressure. |
| 2:15.0 | Notice your feet on the floor or in your shoes, maybe wiggle your toes a little bit. |
| 2:30.4 | Now let's settle in. |
| 2:35.6 | I remind you what the psalmist says in Psalm 149 verses 4 through 5. |
