yourself, inside and out. Hello and welcome back to the podcast. Today, we are going to have some fun. We are talking all about

0:40.0

play. And I have an amazing guest who is going to bring a thoughtful perspective around play

0:45.5

0:51.2

health. We know that it boosts our immunity and it improves our brain function.

of fear and to start living from a place of trust in herself.

2:01.9

She's now on a mission to create a safe space for others to be seen, to be heard and heal

2:07.2

and to play freely and learn how to express ourselves without judgment.
