And this is our 100th episode. Whoa. Amazing. Isn't that crazy? When we started this, I never thought we'd get a hundred of them done. No, it's crazy. It's great. So we started this. It was over a couple of years ago. What did you think when I messaged you and said, do you want to do a podcast

with me? Honestly. Oh, I was really excited. I was really pleased. Yeah, really. It caught me at a

perfect time. I thought that would be really good. But I didn't think it would get more than about 200

listeners. But I did think it was a really good idea. I was really excited.

Yeah. No, really excited. So we've had close towards 300,000 downloads overall.

Yeah, see, now that is not what I thought we would be in for. And what's been great for me is that I've

heard so many people say, oh my God, I listen to your podcasts and

they're really helpful or I gave them to a newcomer and they were really pleased. It was a real

good resource for them to listen to. It really seems to have been so much more kind of useful

to the recovering community than I thought it would be for a start, given

my normal sort of self-esteem about these things. But I think I've been really proud of this.
