My name. Oh, dear. Okay, well, welcome to the Sober 4 podcast. We just had our 100th episode last week. It was incredible. Which was amazing. Yeah, amazing. Can't believe we've done 100. Yeah, no, who would have thought it, eh? It's great.

So today we're going to talk about stress and burnout and sobriety, because that's a really big issue for everybody, but particularly people who are trying to get sober, because alcohol tends to be our go-to for that.

Yeah, I mean, I think for some people, sort of actually really experiencing stress and all its sort of manifestations, it might be the first time they've ever actually

really done that because previously, I know I dealt with stress by drinking and taking

So I never really experienced stress to its full extent.

But it's definitely something that is a part of recovery and sobriety and learning how to handle it.
