It's our 100th episode. I can't believe it. Guys, that's like pretty impressive. And it's so amazing how many guests we've had on.

Like, looking back, it's wild. We've had Granny Chassis. We've had Mia Ham. We've had Jimmy Conrad. We've had Dave Vysmo soccer.

And just incredible how much advice, how much we learn from each person, how everyone's story is different.

But there's so many things that you can take away no matter who you are. So I just feel like we're so blessed that we get to do this and that you guys are still listening.

So thank you guys for being on this journey with us. But yeah, I mean, it's been fun.

Yeah, I don't know about the listeners, but we personally look forward to podcasting every week because we still learn so much even beyond the game.

It's crazy. Like every single episode you can take away at least one thing that maybe open your eyes or just a piece of advice that you want to try out on your own.

So I think like Shannon said, thank you guys for sticking with us. We are so excited to check out different pieces of advice that we've found from some of our guests.

But first one is going to be Kelly O'Hara. I think I was at a point where I was like, I know I can do this. So I'm really, really disappointed.

And I'm like, got in and it feels like somebody ripped your heart out, which is like so dramatic for such like, it's like one thing.

Like you didn't make one or four years here, but truly like it was like, but I, that, that is how I knew I wanted it so badly.

And it was kind of the same way I felt when I didn't make the region team. I made the pool to make team.

Like that was the same visceral reaction of like, gutted, oh my god.

Like my world is crumbling. And so I think it's just like, when I get to the point where I'm like, I can do this.

I know that I have the ability to be here and perform and succeed. And I don't meet those expectations. Then I have those.

Then I know for it's more. Yeah.

So I love this point because I think a lot of people don't realize how many players on the national team haven't made every team or haven't been the best on each team.

And Kelly said like she got nose, but it just made her realize like, oh, I want it this bad that I'm going to keep going.

Exactly like she learned in her failures and in the moments where she felt her worst, how actually bad she wanted to be the best and to continue going.

So it's kind of like an amazing thing to learn from the bad experiences, right? And we have to remember that they're going to, you're going to come across them, but they teach you something.
