People always want to talk about the major statistics for WrestleMania, and I do get it.

It's the biggest show of the year.

Due to its size, though, there are plenty of other things we can get into, so guess what we're going to do today?

That's right.

So you may know some of these, but either way, get a pen and piece of paper, because my name is Simon Miller, and here's some information to impress your friends and embarrass your family.

Number 10, WrestleMania 2 was hosted in three different cities.

This one is and has talked about as much as it once was.

It used to be common knowledge, but I suppose as time moves forward, we all forget, or we just

don't care.

Given the success of the first WrestleMania, however, Vince McMahon felt like number 2 needed to be special and unique, so he came up with the three-city concept, Long Island, Los Angeles, and Illinois.

The idea was we would jump from venue to venue with each location getting its own card and technically three main events.

It was broadcast one after the other, and when one chunk was done, that audience watched the rest of the show on a big screen. It did sort of mean some people drew the short straw because Hulk Hogan versus King Kong Bundy was what most wanted to see. But if you were in the Chicago area, you got the WWF superstars versus NFL player battle royal. All righty then. New York got Mr. T versus Roddy Piper, which ended in the disqualification,

and I suppose L.A. felt most satisfied. They got Hulkomania. There is a reason this has never

been attempted again, too. It was a mess. So let's just focus on the fact that before

WrestleMania 37, this was the only mania to host a still cage match. So there you go. Number nine, WrestleMania 39 and the tag team titles. Because they were in the main event for the first time, that is actually bigger than you'd think. Because if you do go back in the past, you will see that Vince McMahon wasn't the biggest fan of tag team wrestling. He's even been quoted as saying it's frustrating to the business, as you have to book extra people in the match. Not sure that's the right way to look at it, but still. Has WWE change guard, though, when Mania got an extra day on the calendar, you could see things shift? Triple H especially is happy to tell you that the last bout of the show should be the fight that has the most momentum, and yep. At Mania 39, we chose Kevin Owens and Sammy Zane versus the Usos for the tag team titles. It was great. Not only did it tie into the Bloodline story, but all of these guys earned their spot. They've been on fire and they made sure to show out. This match ruled. It's also super smart because on the next night, Cody Rhodes was not going to finish his story. Therefore, this gave you

those warm and fuzzy feelings mania has to deliver on. So, will the tag team titles ever

main event WrestleMania again? I wouldn't say it's a lock, and if that is true, this becomes

even cooler. It's a moment in time. Go through all the other show closes too. It's only

WrestleMania 6 when the Intercontinental title was being defended at the end,

but nobody really cared. The Ultimate Warrior was the icy champ, but he was going after Hogan's

world title, and that one was the focus. He also walked away with all of the goal, which made

him a double champion, but was anybody really talking about the intercontinental one? No, they were
