Today, we're joined by the number 10 trail runners of the year, Anthony Castalas from Salt Lake City, Utah, and Blandine La Hirendelle from France.

Anthony had a huge win and course record at Black Canyon to start the year, a third place podium performance at Western States, and another third place to end the season at Ultratrale Cape Town.

Blandine raced seven times, earning four wins,

showcasing her versatility with a top five at Zagama

and a top three at UTMB in the same season.
