0:47.7	macroeconomic cycles and inflationary, this is and the others, and, you know, and all the stuff
0:52.8	that you guys can, you know, get plenty of information from armchair economists at every turn of the road, really. I've noticed on YouTube, all these guys that we're talking about crypto are now trying to fancy themselves as economists, which is kind of entertaining. But that aside, and none of it really, really matters at the end of the day, because at the end of the day, you are a real estate professional, and your job is to help other people buy or sell real estate.
1:14.9	That is all that matters.
1:16.4	And you can make money, unlike other businesses, guys, unlike other industries, you can make
1:21.6	money no matter what direction interest states are going, no matter what direction, the political
1:25.8	winds are blowing.
1:26.7	It does not matter. You,
1:28.0	as long as you have the skill sets necessary, and as long as you have the skill sets that people
1:32.6	are willing to pay for, you will do incredibly well because of this market. And during this
1:37.0	transitionary time, and we've been hopefully mentally and emotionally preparing you for this
