| 0:17.4 | or I have a sprint triathlon coming up. |
| 0:19.1 | Or I might want to be doing a three-day hike. |
| 0:22.1 | I'll train for four or five weeks for that thing. |
| 0:25.2 | But generally, these ten is what I am going for. |
| 0:29.4 | We are here because we know the outcomes in our lives |
| 0:32.3 | are within our control. |
| 0:33.8 | That taking absolute ownership of how we eat, |
| 0:36.6 | sleep, train, think, and connect with each other |
| 0:39.3 | is how we'll optimize our health and happiness. |
| 0:42.4 | That chasing excellence is how we grab hold of what is possible. |
| 0:46.5 | Our mission is to live on the run. |
| 0:48.9 | Always chasing. |
| 0:50.5 | Never stop. |
