Rudy Giuliani has pleaded not guilty in the Georgia election subversion case today,

along with six other co-conspirators.

The former attorney for Donald Trump faces 13 charges.

Giuliani appeared before Georgia state lawmakers three times,

after the general election in December 2020, promoting lies about

widespread election fraud in the state.

Prosecutors say Giuliani reached out to officials in other states,

including lawmakers in Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Arizona,

where he tried to solicit them to appoint fake electors

to undo President Joe Biden's win.

The challenge for Rudy Giuliani is that he played such a central role as Donald Trump's

outside attorney in the alleged scheme and he touches every different part of that complicated conspiracy

that Fani Willis has charged. We know he's also having financial
