Hello from CNN, I'm Affama DK. With the five things you need to know from Monday, November 13th.

President Joe Biden has expressed concern for hospitals in Gaza, amid the Israeli military's

allegations that Hamas is using them to coordinate attacks.

And it's my hope and expectation that there will be less intrusive action relative to the hospital. The hospital must be protected.

White House official John Kirby tried to clarify Biden's remarks, saying that Hamas shelters, quote,

themselves behind civilian infrastructure, making it harder for Israeli forces and

putting civilians at risk. Hospital officials and Hamas denied has a command center under Gaza's largest hospital.

Here's CNN's Jeremy Diamond, with more on what the Israeli military says it found.

Today they are now showing what they say is weapons that they found in the

basement of Al-Rantisi Children's Hospital. They show in a video and they showed

our Nick Robertson as well,

uh, weapons including 8K47s,

RPGs, what they say are explosive vests,

improvised explosive devices etc.

They also say that they found a room that they believe may may possibly have been used

to hold some of those Israeli hostages.
