Hello from CNN, I'm Afomadikay with the five things you need to know from Monday, November 13th.

We begin with Northern Gaza's deteriorating health care system in the Israel-Hamass War.

Here is CNN's Orrin Lieberman.

The Al-Qud's Hospital, the second largest hospital in Gaza,

already shut down over the weekend,

closed off its medical services

because it no longer has the supplies,

the energy, the food, the fuel to run the hospital.

And that brings us to Al-Shifa Hospital, the largest hospital in Gaza that's treating some 650 patients,

with thousands of people trying to find sanctuary inside as fighting rages on the streets

there between Israel and Hamas. That hospital, we learned from the hospital director, had to shut

off all of its essential units, meaning it's barely, if at all, able to treat patients inside.

Meanwhile, a UN agency says its aid trucks outside Gaza are out of fuel,

and that it won't be able to transport aid tomorrow through the

Rafa crossing which connects Egypt to Gaza. The agency also says it has very little

resources and as a result will be forced to stop some services such as waste removal which could lead to a
