| 0:40.0 | You can sit cross-legged on the floor with a support underneath you. |
| 0:44.6 | You can sit on the front edge of a chair with your feet flat on the floor. |
| 0:49.5 | Or you can sit on your couch with your spine supported by the back of the couch. |
| 0:56.8 | Wherever you are, just allow yourself to land in this spot. |
| 1:02.0 | You're here right now today. |
| 1:13.1 | Bring your awareness to your breath, just your natural breath. |
| 1:19.6 | And let's take a little mental check of how is your breath today? |
| 1:25.5 | Is it feeling natural, tense, short or forced? |
| 1:36.0 | You don't have to change it or shift it. |
| 1:40.4 | How is your body feeling today? |
| 1:47.8 | Notice the places that might need a little extra attention, extra care. |
| 1:54.6 | Send them your warmth and gratitude. |
| 2:04.4 | We all know that the natural world is so healing. |
