A lot just happened in the NFL in week 13, and because of that, a lot is going to impact your fantasy football teams.

Here's what I mean.

We just saw players get injured, players return from injury and roles changing in week 13, and that's going to impact your fantasy season the rest of the way into the postseason. So in this video, we're breaking down the 10 key takeaways you need to know from week 13 so you could actually win your league. And let's start with maybe the biggest one, probably the biggest one of them all from a fantasy standpoint.

Bucky Irving taken in the second round of many fantasy drafts and you basically haven't been able to use in the last two months because he's dealt with two different injuries. He had his own mental issues that he was trying to clear up, take care of your mental is right, but then he came back this past week and we got to see Buck Irving in a role that was really good based on the expectations. 17 carries in this game. He added in two receptions. And the reason why I say based on the expectations was Bucky Irving, they said, was going to be limited. Maybe he was going to get the Chris Godwin treatment of like 30 to 40% of the snaps. Not the case for Bucky. Because like I just showed you, he ends up getting those 17 carries, 61 yards. He scores a touchdown. He also adds some stuff in the receiving department as well with 20 yards. So a nice performance on 19 carries from Bucky Irving. In this one, you're getting nearly 20 fantasy points from him. He's kind of going right back to what we saw out of Bucky Irving to start the season the first month of the year when he was one of the best running backs in the NFL and fantasy football. And now in this game, we got to see Rashad White and

and Sean Tucker, both who have had some success this season filling in for Bucky Irving and had some big games, multi-touchdown games in there. These two guys just combined in this game for just four carries. So that should give you a lot of confidence, right? Like two carries for each of them. You see Rashad White, who's known as a pass catcher, adds three catches for 22 yards.

Sean Tucker, no receptions in this one, but just combining for four carries, those two other running backs who have shown their good this year, and Bucky Irving coming off of multiple injuries, that should give you a lot of confidence that Bucky is good to go. Moving forward, we literally just saw.

Now, if you actually break down what the usage was, according to PFF, the immediate takeaways, I'm recording this on Sunday night after the games. It's awesome that they get this out. So be sure to show PFF some love over there. Bucky Irving, he barely plays half the snaps, right? 61 total snaps in this game right here for the Bucks. 32 of those go-to-buck-eer-ving on offense,

so he's playing about 52 to 53% of the snaps.

But despite only playing like, you know, half the snaps or so, when he was on the field, they were using him because he ended up seeing 73% of the backfield opportunities, which is a borderline elite number in today's NFL where multiple running backs are involved in like every offense. So, I mean, I'm really encouraged by this. I mean, we've seen Bucky Irving only play four games this year.

Remember earlier this season when he was seeing 77, 71, 70, and then 62% of the snaps, that's 62% is the game that he ended up getting injured in. And in those games, I mean, he's been amazing, right? The RB 15, the RB11, RB19,

he's putting up 121, 99, 165 total yards, multiple touchdowns on the season. So it was good to see, right? That ended up being, I think, his like first rushing score of the season. The other ones were through the air. It was great to see Bucking Irving back and go basically right back into that role. We saw the first month of the season. If you've been able to survive without Bucky, it is good heading into your fantasy postseason.

He might be able to help you win a matchup and maybe even your lead. Speaking of the fantasy postseason, when you look at the upcoming schedule, it's pretty dang good for for Bucky Irving. At home against the Saints, strong matchup, Bucks should play with the lead. at home against the falcons really good matchup buck should play with the lead that's on Thursday night football. A short week at home is even better against the defense on a short week to start your fantasy postseason and it only gets better from there. He's going to go to the Panthers on the road to hit or miss defense and then go to the Dolphins who allow top five rushing yards as of right now to the running back position. So Buck's backfield in general has always had a great playoff schedule. We were saying you should stash guys like Sean Tucker because of that. You still should, but Bucky looks like he could be a league winner for you if you've been able to survive without it. The next situation we have to talk about is Amman Ra St. Brown. We saw this on Thanksgiving, the first game against the Green Bay Packers early on in that game. Amara St. Brown goes down with an ankle injury. It's been ruled likely to be week-to-week and expected to not hit the IR. So week-to-week means that most likely Amman-R St. Brown is missing week 14. There's even a good chance that he's going to go ahead and miss week 15. If they thought he would go on IR, he'd probably just be placed on that and then he would be out until probably the rest of the fantasy postseason.

So you should expect at least week 14, maybe even week 15 heading into the playoffs to be without Amun Rahm and wrong. Obviously, that's not great, especially if you are a playoff team. He's been great this season as a first or second round pick for you. You probably are in a nice spot. So that's not great. Now, what happened in this game when he left?

James Hume-L-Ames comes in and has an absolute amazing game.

A borderline career game, averaging over 20 yards per reception, seven catches, 144 yards, a touchdown in this game on an elite 40% targets here. So James Williams comes into the game. It looks like moving forward that he'll be a priority in this offense. He already was in now three out of four games since Dan Campbell has taken over the play calling. We've seen James Timberland find the end zone. We've seen him be a priority in this offense. He already was in now three out of four games since Dan Campbell has taken over the play calling. We've seen Jameson William find the end zone. We've seen him be a priority in this offense. I expect that to happen moving forward without Aminraud, but also remember without Sam LaPort. Now there are some other guys in this wide receiver room, of course. Ily Zuck Tesla who had an amazing preseason where he was scoring touchdowns every single week. He's popped off a couple of times this year for scoring some touchdowns as well.

He got more involvement.

We'll touch on that in a second.

And then it was Tom Kennedy, right? He comes out of nowhere. He has like his first catch in multiple years. He was only supposed to play special teams, but due to Khali Freeman and Amman-Ross-St. Brown battling injuries, these guys got some more run. Tom Kennedy caught four of four catches for 36 yards, had a couple of key third downs receptions in there.

Isaac Tesla, two catches, 35 yards, has a touchdown. He's more of a downfield receiver as well. So I would say, like if you're talking about the profile of Ammanrae St. Brown, if Kleeve Raymond was able to return, Tom Kennedy being out there, those slot receivers are going to move the chains without Amin Ra or Sam Laporta in this offense, it makes

sense. Isaac Tesla, Jameson Williams featured more as downfield receivers. We've seen Jamo win over the middle of the field with his speed. That's going to be there, but not as consistent. So maybe we kind of get like a sprinkling of different guys involved in the middle of the field. But as far as the target share goes overall week in a week out, it has to be featured from Jameson. He's the most talented player in this past catching cord now with Aminara and Sam Laporte out. 40% target share we saw last week. Only an 8% for Isaac Tesla and a 16% for Tom Kennedy. But we could easily see that increase. I think realistically we're going to see this offense feature and lean on the run games until Amon Rae St. Brown and Sam LaPorter do come back,
