so hydration is important guys hydration is very important about a little bit here but um yeah so

murky. So gross. If it's dark yellow or thick or anything like that, that is not. Yeah. Haven't you read that before? No. Thick. Yeah. Your urine can be more heavy if it's not as hydrated. Yeah. If it's got like sugar in it or protein. That's why people that don't hydrate a lot, they don't have to go to the bathroom as much, so it's held in there.

So you should be drinking enough water where your urine, we'll say urine because we're classy. We don't say pee anymore. We'll pull our classy cards out. So if your urine is light yellow, very faint yellow, you want it very faint yellow to almost clear. Yeah. That's like a little trophy when you're in the bathroom. I'm saying like, yes, I'm so hydrated. Yes. You keep a chart on the wall and give yourself a star. It's like a little thermometer of like. Every time you have clear to. Whatever you do, Mindy, weirdo. Whatever keeps you motivated. So stay hydrated, guys. Definitely. Anyways, you guys, today we're going to talk about a topic that was a listener request.
