We have a lot of fun around here. We talk about all things womanhood, it feels like, but the majority

0:11.7

of our focus is on living well and living a lifestyle that is supportive to your health, your hormones,

0:17.8

your well-being, your family, your priorities, etc. And today I want to talk about some swaps,

0:22.6

some healthy swaps you can make without dieting. And here's why. Because I think a lot of times when

1:32.5

come to this place of like, okay, my approach to food needs to be about nourishment, not restriction.

1:37.9

So how can I make some swaps to the things that I'm already consuming, already buying,

1:42.2

already using to make sure that I'm getting the most nourishing options for my body without necessarily

1:46.8

cutting out all the foods I like, like I still want to eat chips, you know. So anyway, that's what
