This is Handel on the Law, marginal legal advice, where I tell you you have absolutely no case.

0:09.4

All right.

0:10.2

I want to tell you a little bit about DACA.

0:12.2

DACA is, of course, the dreamers of federal bill that allows people who have been brought over to the United States as kids. Some of them not even

0:22.4

knowing that they're illegal until, let's say, trying to get a driver's license, and all of

0:27.6

a sudden, there you have to prove citizenship. They ask you for your birth certificate. They ask you

1:51.8

But here's the issue.

1:53.2

Everybody thinks that it was deemed unconstitutional because, okay, it's unconstitutional.

1:56.7

No, it was deemed unconstitutional because it didn't follow the proper procedures in getting instituted.

2:06.0

There is under the law a commentary period that has to be allowed where the public comes in and makes comments

2:13.9

because this is not a typical congressional bill, as I told you. And they didn't do that
