This is handle on the law, marginal legal advice where I tell you you have no case.

Interesting case out of Arkansas that I want to share with you.

And that has to do with the country club, Moralton Country Club.

And it's sort of central Arkansas.

And so they have a contest.

And they're saying during a period of time, anybody who sinks a hole in one during this period of time gets to win that car over there that's sitting in the lobby.

And it's a Ford F-150, brand new car.

And so inevitably, someone does it.

There's your hole in one.

And so, hey, gets a car.

Not quite.

Nope, no car. And there's a lawsuit. Why is there no car? a car. Not quite. Nope, no car.

And there's a lawsuit.

Why is there no car?

Because what the you get a car contest was about is you get a car courtesy of the Ford dealership here in town.

Ford dealership said, what are you talking about?

We never gave you permission to give away a car.

What are you nuts to the country club?

And they go, but your car is right there.

It was for demonstration purposes.

We park our cars all over the place to show the cars.

I mean, you've seen them at supermarkets.
