I have a question regarding some insurance issue.

My mom, she's been battling cancer for the last year and a half,

and she had to retire a couple of months ago and she still has insurance

through her employer however the policy usually is over at the end of December my mom's

deductible has been paid off recently they changed over the insurance but now she has to pay the deductible all over again.

I just want to go.

She has to pay, they changed it before the insurance policy ends in December, let's say.

They've changed it before that.

Just arbitrarily said, we're not waiting for the insurance policy to lapse or to end.

We are now changing it midstream.

Do I have that right?
