This is Handel on the law, marginal legal advice, where I tell you, whatever your name is,

you have absolutely no case, and it makes my day. There are frivolous lawsuits and there are

frivolous lawsuits out. Some of them are quite fun. Now, the backstory here is that Disney is being

sued. Disney is being sued.

Disney is a target because, well, I don't know what, 10 million people go through each of those parks.

Disney land, I think 10 million a year and Disney World, I don't even know, 15 million a year.

So inevitably, you're going to have people sue.

Disney is very aggressive about defending itself. Disney is not screw around. They are perfectly fine with getting into litigation.

They will go to trial. Doesn't matter. And they just go balls to the wall. So have they settled?

They have. There have been incidents in which legitimate cases have been filed against Disney, probably the most serious case. I don't know if they've ever been to Disneyland, but on the rivers of America, there's the pirate ship, the Columbia. It's not a pirate ship. It's the Columbia and there are pirates on it. and as it pulls into the dock it's like any other ship

these big ropes are put on to uh what are they call cleaves or whatever uh those um yeah i guess

that's what they're called you know the metal uh like kind of thing, and then the rope wraps around him.

tourist in the head and killed them all instantly they sued Disney settled

that one and I mean quickly so here's one that they're not going to settle. And that is a

lawsuit filed by this woman. Do I have her name? Yes. Emma and Edward McGuinness and their family.

And it turned out that Emma was on the water slide.
