Okay, I want to share with you a case out of, where is this?

It's in New York. I stand corrected. And this is the

case of the killer department store mannequin, where the mannequin goes around and attacks people

and really causes some major injury and the store is being sued.

The store happens to be Macy's at the Green Acres Mall.

And here comes this young boy, ZK, because they don't use names.

And he and his mom and dad are shopping at bases. So he pulls somehow on the clothing

of the mannequin and the mannequin falls over and hits him in the face. Now you think, okay, hit

him in the face, lawsuit, no, no, no, parents are going, it's not that bad, come on. I mean, it's a kid and that's what I would do. My kids got it in the face. You go, hey, stay away from mannequins that are flying all over the place. Oh, by the way, don't pull on the mannequin, okay? Leave it alone. So now you have three years later, the lawsuit is filed.

By the way, when it comes to children, the statute of limitation starts when they're 18 years old.

So on the 18th birthday, they have two or three years what the statute is. So there's no issue about a statute, three years, four years, even 10 years later.

So he is a toddler.

And three years later, the marks on his forehead and his nose are still visible.

This is not the mark of the devil.

This is the mark of the bannigan, which is one of the big problems in life, too.

So the lawsuit goes on to say we were told by a security guard, it's not the first time these mannequins have tipped over.

And the lawsuit filed by his dad seeks unspecified damages.
