Today's episode was supposed to be advice that I would give each of my siblings at each other different life stages,

0:13.5

but I actually had something happen earlier today that I wanted to talk about first. That episode, I am going to push out to next week.

0:21.7

I actually really love it. So don't worry. It's still going to air. I just last minute decided I

0:28.2

wanted to go with something else. This morning, I made an awful mistake and that mistake was

1:22.5

in a safe way, of course. And then when that hour is done, so are you. Once that hour is up, you are moving on,

1:30.2

and you're moving on in the healthiest and happiest way that you possibly can manage. You want to be that

1:35.8

healthy way. Now, some crashouts are going to be worse than others.

1:45.9

And don't I know it, actually?

1:47.3

Maybe one day it's breaking your favorite coffee cup

1:49.8

and just being so upset about it,
