writing to Real Clear politics about the international criminal court at the Hague.

An allegations directed against the Prime Minister

of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, and his former defense minister by the ICC, chiefly the chief

prosecutor, a man by the name of Khan. However, there are connections to this story that require

comment as well.

For example, Kierz Starrmer is standing with Hamas by backing Netanyahu rest warrants,

says former Prime Minister Boris Johnson.

That's the Tory Prime Minister accusing the Labor Prime Minister of sympathies to Hamas in the face of the facts.

What are the facts?

It's of interest because of this statement.

On November 21st, 2024, pre-trial chamber of the International Criminal Court in its composition for the situation in the state of Palestine, unanimously issued two decisions rejecting challenges by the state of Israel, brought under Articles 18 and 19 of the Rome Statue.

It also issued warrants of arrest for Mr. Benjamin Netanyahu and Mr. Yov-Galant.

The allegations are significant in that the allegations point to using starvation as a weapon of war.

There are details here in the statement of the ICC, but I welcome Peter to help us all

understand the weight of this allegation and the consequences as of yet just guessed at because

it's early days. Peter, a very good evening to you. Starvation is indeed a war crime. My understanding,

however, is that the ICC's investigation of this allegation was not thorough, in fact,

didn't exist at all, because Mr. Khan, who was scheduled to be in Israel in the springtime,
