The Federal Trade Commission, Lena Khan bringing a very prominent case against Amazon.

Amazon's founder Jeff Bezos has involved in this, of course, personalities matter,

but the law is primary.

And I welcome Professor Richard Epstein, a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution,

teaches law at NYU in the University of Chicago.

The University of Chicago is important here because Ms. Khan's suit against Amazon

involves much attention to the Chicago School and very famous names from the 20th century.

Robert Bork is one of them and we begin by asking the professor to explain this new suit

which I shorthand by saying Lena Khan was against Amazon before because his prices were too low.

Now Lena Khan's against Amazon because his prices are too high.
