The Environmental, the Endangered Species Act, well intentioned, but after 50 years,

needs a mid-course correction if I read your testimony to

Congress last summer correctly and you get right to correction

corrections that are needed. There's much to say about the Endangered Species Act

with different successes, but right now there's one challenge I think we need to explain.
