where I tell you, you have absolutely no case. I have often said, and I'm sure you've heard

this before, that a grand jury would indict a ham sandwich. And why is that? Because a grand jury would indict a ham sandwich.

And why is that?

Because a grand jury, you can't defend yourself.

If you are being indicted by a grand jury, you can't even go in and defend yourself.

No lawyers are allowed.

What happens is the prosecutor goes in, lays out the case to the grand jurors, and they decide

whether you have a case, whether the prosecutors can go forward or not.

And it's a very low bar.

And virtually 99.9, if not 99.99% of the time, the grand jury hands down the indictment.

The prostate, in matter of fact, I have actually been a witness in front of the grand jury on a couple of one time.

And I got to tell you, no one even pays attention.

They're reading newspapers. They're having a good time.

And so at the end, yeah, yeah, yeah, we vote to indict.

Now, that 0.'re having a good time. And so at the end, yeah, yeah, yeah, we vote to indict.

Now, that point one percent of the time, the grand jury just refuses to indict.
