Whenever I start talking about bulking, people always have a lot of questions because it seems completely counterintuitive to anything you would ever do. Like, why would you intentionally increase calories and want the scale to go up? If you think reverse dieting is mind-blowing, then bulking is like the next level. So we're going to talk about bulking today, what it is when you should do it, how you know that you're ready for it, what the process of bulking looks like, and what are some of the big mistakes that I see people making with bulk making it when they go into bulk or some of the biggest worries or concerns that I see coming up when somebody goes into bulk?
