Welcome back to another Ask Me Anything episode of the Low Car Hustle Podcast. Bonnie, I'm so glad you're here. This is going to be so fun.

I'm glad to be here, Nate. So, tell me right now, what's on your mind? What are you thinking about?

Well, I'm interested in learning how to eliminate sugar. I would say that I have an addiction to sugar. It is something I everyday crave.

So, it's going to be hard, but I want to know some good tips on how to start the process of just eliminating sugar.

Absolutely. I think that's super smart. Can you tell me a little bit about what that sugar addiction looks like for you? Like, at what times during the day, what are you craving? How does that manifest?

Well, I start with my coffee in the morning. I use a sugar-free vanilla sweetener syrup.

And I like fruit. I eat a lot of, I try to eat fruit throughout the day. Right now, nectarines, their full of sugar, the delicious nectarines, watermelon grapes, blueberries.

Later in the day, around the three o'clock, I start to crave anything sweet. So, even if I don't have sweets in my house, it'll look like I'll just eat graham crackers or all eat.

I'll make popcorn that's the sweet and salty popcorn. So, I mean, I don't have a bag of granulated sugar in the house, but I'll go for whatever I can that will start to help with that sugar craving.

Gotcha.

And then ice cream, I'm eating up all the ice cream in my house, but that was something I was buying and eating a bowl of ice cream pretty much every evening.

Okay, gotcha. And do you feel like if you don't have that like that three o'clock, like if you don't indulge in something sweet, that three o'clock, do you get headaches, do you get anything impact you? Do you feel a difference?

I feel craving for the sugar, and I'm looking for something sweet. I'm thinking about what I can find that's got sugar in it. If I'm out running errands or something, I'm going to make a stop it.

Chick-fil-A and get a milkshake or a smoothie somewhere or salad and go and get one of their sugary lemonade. So, I will go out of my way to get something sugary.

So, it's like it's like constantly on your mind. You're always thinking about it.
